Salestools pricing in November 2026: no free trial, plans from $299 a month

Salestools removed its free trial and now lists plans from $299 a month up to $15,000 for Enterprise. Here is what each plan includes as of November 3, 2026, and how Parvenu compares.

Salestools pricing in November 2026: no free trial, plans from $299 a month

Salestools no longer offers a free trial. As of November 3, 2026, its homepage says "Plans from $299/month ยท Annual billing saves 15%", and its pricing page lists five paid tiers: Solo at $299 a month, Agent at $1,500, Team at $3,500, Pod at $7,500 and Enterprise from $15,000 a month on an annual contract. There is no free plan, so the cheapest way to try Salestools is to pay for a month of Solo.

We make Parvenu, so we're biased. Every claim about other tools below comes from their own website as of November 3, 2026.

What changed at Salestools

Five key points about the Salestools pricing change
What changed at Salestools (as of November 3, 2026)

Our competitor watch saves a copy of the Salestools homepage and pricing page. On November 1, 2026, both changed:

  • The trial is gone. The homepage used to offer "Start free trial" with "14-day trial, no credit card required". That wording has been replaced with "Get started" and "Plans from $299/month". The "Start free trial" buttons on the pricing page now read "Get started" too.
  • Pricing is sold by agent capacity, not seats. The pricing page headline is "Pricing by agent capacity. Unlimited seats." Seats are unlimited from the Agent plan up. Solo includes 3 seats.
  • Old plans are retired. The page says "Starter, Growth and Scale are retired for new signups. Existing customers keep their current pricing until renewal."

You can check both pages yourself at salestools.io and salestools.io/pricing.

Salestools pricing, plan by plan

Here is what each tier includes, taken from the Salestools pricing page.

  • Solo, $299 a month ($254 a month billed annually, $3,048 a year): 3 seats, 250 managed prospects a month, 3,000 data credits, CoPilot mode where you approve every send, 1 LinkedIn account, email and LinkedIn.
  • Agent, $1,500 a month ($1,275 a month annually, $15,300 a year): unlimited seats, 2,000 prospects, 25,000 data credits, AutoPilot with 1 agent, 5 LinkedIn accounts, email, LinkedIn and a power dialer.
  • Team, $3,500 a month ($2,975 a month annually, $35,700 a year): the recommended plan. Unlimited seats, 6,000 prospects, 75,000 data credits, three agents (Olivia, Mark and Joe), 15 LinkedIn accounts, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and dialer, and MCP access.
  • Pod, $7,500 a month ($6,375 a month annually, $76,500 a year): 15,000 prospects, 200,000 data credits, the full agent fleet, 40 LinkedIn accounts, and full API and MCP access.
  • Enterprise, from $15,000 a month: annual contract only, from $180,000 a year, with custom-trained agents and custom limits. Salestools also offers enterprise buyers a lower base fee plus $75 to $150 per qualified meeting "when outcomes fit the engagement".

A few rules on the page are worth knowing before you talk to sales:

  • One discount. Annual prepay is 15% below the monthly price. The page says there are no automatic volume or seat discounts, and any other concession is traded for a multi-year term or a published case study.
  • Hard spending caps. Agents pause before they use paid capacity. Extra capacity comes in blocks of 1,000 prospects: $1,000 on Agent, $750 on Team and $650 on Pod. Solo users are told to upgrade instead.
  • A managed prospect is "one unique person an agent researches or engages during the billing month", with follow-ups and booking for that person included.

The pricing page does not say what one data credit buys, for example how many credits an email or a direct dial costs. If that matters to your budget, ask before you sign.

What Salestools does well

Salestools is an AI SDR platform, not only a data tool. Its homepage describes "Autonomous AI SDR agents that research, personalize, and book meetings across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and iMessage." It names three agents: Olivia (outbound SDR), Mark (inbound SDR, which "answers every reply in minutes") and Joe (research). It also lists website visitor tracking, buying signals such as job changes and funding, and a contact database of 400M+ contacts, 350M+ verified emails and 70M direct dials.

If you want software that writes, sends, follows up and answers replies on email and LinkedIn for you, Salestools is a better fit than Parvenu. Parvenu does not send messages or run LinkedIn accounts. It builds the list and hands it to the sequencer you already use.

Why the missing trial matters

A free trial is how most buyers test data quality before they commit. Without one, the cheapest test of Salestools is $299 for a month of Solo, which covers 250 managed prospects and 3,000 data credits. That is a reasonable price for a team that already knows it wants an AI SDR, but it is a real cost for a team that only wants to compare email find rates across vendors.

The fair way to compare any data provider is still the same: take one sample list of a few hundred people from your own target market, run it through each tool, and count the verified emails, the bounces and the time it took. You can do that with Parvenu's free plan or its 14-day trial, which needs no card.

Where Parvenu fits

Parvenu is a data enrichment platform for sales and marketing teams. It builds prospect lists, enriches them, verifies every email and sends the result to your CRM or sequencer. Here is what it offers today, from parvenu.io and parvenu.io/pricing:

  • Public, lower entry pricing. A free plan with 100 credits a month. Startup from $49 a month for 1,000 credits, Business from $175 a month for 5,000 credits, Professional from $599 a month for 20,000 credits, and custom Enterprise plans. Annual billing is 10% off with all credits upfront.
  • A free trial. 14 days with 1,000 credits.
  • Waterfall enrichment. Parvenu checks sources in sequence: "If one provider misses, the next one tries." It states coverage of 1B+ contacts, 68M+ companies and 125+ countries. Like Salestools' database figures, these are vendor claims, so test them on your own list.
  • Verified emails, charged only when valid. Every email is verified. A credit is charged only when the status is valid or catch-all. Invalid, unknown and not-found results cost nothing.
  • Many ways to build a list. LinkedIn and Sales Navigator searches, job posts, Google Maps searches, lookalike audiences, lists of websites, funding rounds and CSV imports.
  • Flows. Automations that start from a record, a signal such as funding or new hires, or a CRM change, then score leads against your ICP, research and personalize with AI, and send qualified contacts on. ICP Scoring costs 0.1 credits and Personalize with AI 0.5 credits per run.
  • Delivery to your stack. Native integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, Reply.io and Mailshake, plus Zapier, Make, Pabbly, Integrately, Google Sheets, Slack and an API.
  • MCP for AI agents. Parvenu's MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor to the same tools as the API: company search, contact lookup, email verification and enrichment, using the same credits as the app. At Salestools, MCP starts on the $3,500 Team plan.

Pick Salestools if you want AI agents that send and reply across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, a built-in dialer and visitor tracking, and you have budget from $299 a month (or $1,500 for autonomous sending).

Pick Parvenu if you already run outreach in Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot or another tool and want verified, enriched lists delivered into it, with a free plan to test first and public pricing from $49 a month.

You can start on Parvenu's free plan, or compare plans on the pricing page.
